Roasting levelsCoffee does not differ just according to its variety; roasting levels also play a large part in changing the flavour of the same coffee. As the roasting level changes, the flavour of coffee can change from light roasted (strong acidic flavour), to medium roasted (a good balance of acidity and bitterness), to dark roasted (a stronger bitterness). With custom-roasted coffee most of the coffee is medium roasted, although we are able to prepare light roasted or dark roasted coffee depending on your preference (Please keep in mind some coffee beans may not be suitable for the light roasted or dark roasted options).
